Van Condition
- Secure racking to be utilized for van stock, ensuring good housekeeping is maintained.
- Do not use bungee type straps to secure loads.
- Ensure that your vehicle checks are carried out and recorded, including lights, tyres, brakes, fuel, oil, and screen wash. Ensure windows and lights are kept clear / clean.
- The MSPS Commercial Vehicle Handbook and or Company Car Policy must be adhered to.
- Van Vaults to be installed to enhance on-site secure storage for power tools, equipment and goods.
- Hazardous waste must be segregated and secured during transit to prevent uncontrolled release and cross-contamination. Hazardous waste transfers from site must be supported by a hazardous waste consignment note.
- Report any faults, damage, accidents, or incidents to your manager immediately.
